Brooke New, Founder

Brooke New is a passionate entrepreneur, wife, and mother who brings over 13 years of experience in marketing, operations, and brand management to her work as the founder of High Grove, a brand management agency.

Brooke graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Communications and Public Relations. She also earned a certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, adding a holistic perspective to her professional skill set.

Brooke spent eight years as the Head of Marketing at BRG Hospitality, a James Beard Award-winning restaurant group operating in New Orleans and Houston, where she managed cross-functional marketing and operational strategies for some of the country's most respected restaurants. Before transitioning to the hospitality industry, Brooke worked in the music business, managing musicians and overseeing all aspects of operations, including tour management, marketing, and merchandising.

Her journey to founding High Grove was inspired by a desire to apply her expertise to support small businesses in her local community. High Grove focuses on creating meaningful connections with business owners, helping them build strong customer relationships, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth. Unlike traditional agencies, Brooke's approach centers on enhancing customer experience and cultivating brand loyalty rather than chasing clicks or ad sales.

Brooke defines success as helping business owners thrive by providing them with the tools and structure to achieve their dreams. Her passion for her family and community drives her to create a lasting impact close to home, both through her work and her personal life.

When she’s not helping businesses grow, Brooke enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, reading, and spending quality time with her husband, Lee, and their son, Wilder.
